BNCR is a Beijing-based consulting and outsourcing company with sourcing professionals experienced in finding, qualifying and managing suppliers in China, and throughout Asia. BNCR was launched as a result of a joint venture agreement between Beijing New Century Certification Co., Ltd (BCC) and Cleveland, Ohio-based PGL Global,Inc. One feature that sets BNCR apart from other companies is the experience and dedication of its auditors through its parent company Shiji Tiantai Group (STG) STG has extensive experience in supplier management. Founded in 1994, STG was one of the first nine certification organizations in China. It has audited more than 6,000 businesses throughout Asia since its inception.
