Yong Phan
Yong Phan, PGL Global's China Regional Manager,whom also covers Southeast Asia. He was born in Indonesia, and has lived in Taiwan, USA and China. He has more than 17 years of experience communicating in cross cultural business settings, and speaks fluent Mandarin, English, Indonesian, and Javanese. Phan has worked as an engineer at Telxon and Micron, mostly with electronics and computer hardware. He has extensive working knowledge of semiconductor design, modeling, production, process evaluation, and quality control.His attention to detail and drive to continually improve work flow efficiency have resulted in his thorough knowledge in many aspects of production flow. After graduating with a bachelor's degree from the University of Akron, Phan then sharpened his analytical skill by earning a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University.His leadership ability and organizational skills are the result of his later education and experience he received in Seminary training.His ability to communicate well and resolve conflict was also developed during that period of time. |
