Thomas F. Coakley Jr.
Thomas F. Coakley Jr. is chairman and chief executive officer of PGL Global. He graduated with a bachelor¡¯s degree in communications from John Carroll University. He is also earned a master¡¯s degree from the Graduate School of Economics at the University of Manchester, in England. He served in the U.S. Army as first lieutenant and served in Da Nang, Viet Nam. He was instrumental in the founding of several successful organizations, the most recent being The Pacific Great Lakes Corporation, and the Signal Mutual Indemnity Association Ltd. He served as chairman and president for both companies. He has worked extensively in Asia, Malaysia, Southeast Asia, South America, Central America and Eastern and Western Europe for more than 30 years. Coakley is a highly skilled professional with areas of expertise in international outsourcing, logistics, distribution management and international asset redeployment. Coakley presently serves as a director for numerous non-profit and for profit organizations such as The Gathering Place, The Cleveland Orchestra Corporate Council, The ROAM Foundation and WorkSpaces Inc. |
